Having spent an "Upgrade Me" day with Lizzie, I can unreservedly recommend her. We cleared out lots of clothes that I knew didnt feel right for me but that I could not seem to throw out. We also found better ways of wearing some things so I look just that little bit better in them.

Plus it will be cheaper as no more bad buys that I never wear! Lizzie has helped me understand about how to put a look together with the confidence of knowing what suits me and what doesnt!
I also have just received a wonderful follow up report summarising the things we discussed so that whenever I feel my "style focus" might be slipping, I can refer back to it.
